Woman killed in industrial accident at Amway Arena
Tracy Irwin, 53, died after metal scaffolding fell from a forklift and struck her at the Amway Arena.

A woman injured Tuesday at the Amway Arena has died.

Tracy Irwin, 53, suffered fatal injuries when metal scaffolding fell from a forklift and hit her, according to Orlando police.

Irwin was rushed to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment after the 10:15 a.m. accident. She died just after midnight this morning.

Irwin was reportedly working for a subcontractor for Cirque du Soleil, which has been renting the arena
